- Every child has the right to access safe, quality education.
However children across the world are not learning basic skills as a result of poor quality education.
- Children living in poor and remote areas are most often denied access to education. This has far-reaching consequences on their futures and those of their families, communities and country.
- So, Keeping in this view and after a deep study in the society HELPING HANDS started a Project to in the name of VIDYA to reach the Beneficiaries.
- We promote free, equal access to quality education for all children – from early learning to secondary education. We work with children, their families, communities, wider society and governments, and advocate at both local and international levels, so that all children are able to get an education.
Our Project initiatives include Evening Education centres for the children studying in Govt Schools , Skill Develoopment Training for the school ( 5 to 15 Yrs ) . It works for education for underprivileged children who are under difficult circumstances, such as child labour . Special emphasis is given on girl education and women education, so that they and their families get empowered.
Since its inception in 2006, more than 1000 underprivileged children have directly benefitted from the Project VIDYA .
